India & Pakistan’s 20-Year Framework for Resolution

For decades, India and Pakistan have been locked in cycles of tension, mistrust, and loss over the region of Kashmir. This campaign introduces a bold, peaceful roadmap, crafted with mutual dignity and realism, for a 20-year transitional peace agreement.

Both nations agree to recognize each other's current administrative control over Jammu & Kashmir (India) and Azad Jammu & Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan (Pakistan), while restoring local autonomy and building stronger bilateral ties. This temporary yet transformative approach includes:

• Mutual recognition of control and internal autonomy
• Assured trade and transit access across borders
• Non-interference clauses to protect dialogue from politicization
• Religious and cultural protections for all communities
• Demilitarization, anti-terrorism cooperation, and the creation of a Kashmir Victims Fund
• Media truth councils and national rhetoric monitoring to prevent escalation through misinformation or hate
